Meow Queens Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Meow Queens (the “App”) handles information while providing puzzle progress, profiles, rankings, and advertising features.
1. Information We Process

On-device game data normally remains on the device. Only profile and clear data needed for rankings is sent to Firebase.
2. How Information Is Handled and Your Choices
- A Firebase anonymous account is created automatically when the ranking service is used. There is no email or phone-number sign-in.
- Your display name#number, selected cat, score, and rank may be visible to other ranking users. Do not enter your legal name, contact details, or other personal information as a display name.
- The advertising SDK may automatically process advertising and device data when the App starts or an ad is used.
- Vibration preferences can be changed in the App. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.

4. External Services and International Processing
The App uses the following Google services. Information is transmitted over encrypted connections when these features are used and may be processed in Google data centers outside your country.
- Firebase Authentication: anonymous authentication and user ID management
- Cloud Functions / Cloud Firestore: profiles, clear validation, public ID reservation, and weekly or all-time ranking processing
- Google Mobile Ads: banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention

5. Retention and Security
- Anonymous accounts, public profiles, and ranking data are retained while the service is provided or until the account is deleted.
- Verified deletion requests are generally completed within 30 days. If data must be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, we will explain the reason and retention period.
- On-device data can be removed by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
- Network traffic uses HTTPS/TLS. Direct Firestore access is blocked, and server functions process only the data needed for each operation.
- Advertising and diagnostic data retention follows Google's service policies and your settings.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. You can change your display name and selected cat on the profile screen. Use the process below to delete your server account and associated data.
7. Request Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Firebase anonymous account and associated data by email, even if the App is no longer installed or accessible.
- Find the display name#number shown on the App's profile screen.
- Use the button below to send a deletion request and include that display name#number.
- We may provide additional steps to verify account ownership.
- After verification, we will generally delete the Firebase anonymous account, public ID reservation, profile, clear submissions, and linked ranking data within 30 days.
Uninstalling the App removes on-device puzzle progress and settings. It does not by itself delete server data.
Request account and data deletion8. Children's Privacy
The App is not designed primarily for children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children who require parental consent under applicable law. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion if they believe a child's information has been processed.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when laws, App features, or external services change. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page, and the effective date will be updated.
